Thank-you very much for a great job in shipping my parents’ car from St Petersburg , Florida to Cranston , RI . between April 9th and April 21st.
Due to a health issue, my parents made the decision to return home very quickly and I had a day to coordinate the details of moving their car from Florida to RI.
You were so helpful. Even though this is your busiest time of year and I did not have a reservation, you made calls to try to get a pick up on the same day I called and then advised on the best way to handle the car pick-up at a later date. The car pick-up was great ---exactly within the timelines you provided us----with the Driver calling our Florida contact 24 hours before the actual pick-up to confirm The car delivery was also on schedule and the Driver was terrific---calling us 24 hours before arrival, confirming 12 hours before and alerting us as he was driving the car to the door! You can’t ask for more than that!
We appreciate your efforts and the high level of service provided—especially during a stressful situation for us.
We plan to recommend your Company to everyone we know!

I han an unusual experience with Andy. I asked him to quote me a price to ship my truck from south Florida to New Zealand. He put a lot of work into researching this unusual request and came up with several options for me to consider. He explained everything thoroughly, patiently, and spelled ou the pros and cons of the various options. In the end, I changed my mind and decided not to ship my car. Despite all the work that Andy had put into researching my request he cheerfully refunded all of my money. So, what do I think of Andy?
1. He does what he says he is going to do.
2. He responds in a timely manner.
3. He keeps you informed.
4. He was a pleasure to do business with.
