Are the vehicles
fully insured?
Yes, the truck is
the primary insurer with a $1 million insurance policy. Each
auto is insured up to the market value.
How will my car
be transported?
In most instances,
your car will be transported on the double-decker new car carriers,
just like the car dealerships use. Your car is carried, never
driven.
How long will
it take?
Obviously each shipment,
depending upon its' destination, takes different times. Generally,
coast-to-coast shipments take 10 to 14 days, or less. However,
due to traffic, weather, and other circumstances beyond our
control, transporters can only estimate arrival times.
How much notice
do I need to give?
As much as possible.
Generally, 3-7 days is enough, but additional time will help
us ensure a timely move. An early booking will guarantee your
price and space on a transport.
Where will my
car be picked up and delivered?
We provide door-to-door
service only (unless otherwise requested). Our carriers will
give you a courtesy call approximately 24 hours prior to pick
up and delivery to confirm a convenient time to meet you and
discuss any logistical issues. e.g.: gated communities, narrow
streets.
How do we pay
for this?
We do not require
deposits or up-front monies. You may pay on delivery with certified/bank
checks, or cash. We do not accept personal or company checks.
